How long have you worked at UK Tickets? 10 years. What is your role? Director of Operations. What experience do you bring to the UK Tickets team? Staff Management. Recruitment experience, London experience, high level Customer service background having worked in travel for all of my career. Do you have a top ticket buying tip to share? Always shop around and ensure you are aware of what your pennies can purchase as the theatre industry is complex. Consider going midweek for some extra bargains. What is your favourite musical or play? Wicked is my favourite musical. Is there a show you would like to see return to the West End? Miss Saigon as it was splendidly staged and so emotional. What is your most memorable theatre experience? Being very privileged to see the most phenomenal play, Jerusalem, in the West End last year – I have never seen the like before or since, it was brilliant, a masterpiece! Who are your top actors or actresses? I prefer the shows with less well known cast members as I feel that they really give it their all every performance. |
