Can I book tickets online for all West End Shows?
Yes, you can make a booking for any major West End play or musical, subject to availability.
How long does it take to make a booking online?
It’s a 3-click process completed in a matter of minutes. After that, all that’s needed is to simply enter payment and customer details on the final confirmation screen.
How do I pay for tickets booked?
You can pay online at the end of your booking using a company or customer credit/debit card; alternatively if you wish to pay upon receipt of invoice you can apply for a credit facility. You may wish to have both payment options in place which can be requested. All credit facilities are subject to credit checks and approval.
How many tickets can I book in any one booking?
You can book up to a maximum of 10 tickets per booking made online subject to availability. Should availability be limited online or you require more than 10 or want to make a group booking, please call through to book with our specialist Trade team on 0871 789 20 10.
How do I receive tickets once booked online?
There are several options:
- Print the tickets at your location, using a normal A4 printer
- Receive tickets by post direct to you
- We dispatch tickets to your customer direct from our Head Office.
- Variable delivery options depending on the nature of your business.
If you have opted to print tickets locally or your booking falls within 72 hours of the show/performance date than you will be able to select COBO (Care Of Box Office) at the end of your booking. The tickets will be held for collection at the theatre’s box office under your customer’s name, ready for collection from one hour before the start of the show.
Do I need a special printer in order to print tickets locally?
No, a standard printer is all you need and we will supply you with perforated A4 paper to use to print the ticket to hand or post to your customer.
Can I reprint tickets if my printer jams?
When you confirm a booking online and you select the Print Tickets option, a PDF ticket will appear on your screen, keep this open until the ticket has printed. You will even be able to reprint in the event of a paper jam. You will be unable to reprint a ticket once the PDF is closed.
What if my printer breaks down and I’m unable to print tickets?
You can select the COBO (Care Of Box Office) option at the end of your booking and tickets will be arranged for collection at the theatre’s box office. However, if you have already confirmed a booking and selected the Print Tickets option please call our trade team and quote the booking reference so they can arrange a COBO manually.
What do I do if my customer has not received tickets in the post?
Call the trade team with the customer’s booking reference and they will amend the booking to a COBO (Care of Box Office). Instruct the customer to destroy the originals if and when they arrive.
How long do I have to complete each booking online?
Once seats have been selected during the online booking process, you have up to 15 minutes to confirm and book the tickets.
Will I be able to book special offer/discounted tickets online?
Yes, and we will email you a list of available rates for each coming week.
We also have ‘Best Available’ rate options. Actual seat numbers for ‘Best available’ special rates will not generally be available online, therefore it’s advisable to call our trade team on 0871 786 20 10 to book direct.
Can I select specific seat numbers when making my booking?
We always offer the best seats in the selected area e.g. Stalls/Dress Circle/Grand Circle etc. You can than accept these specific seat details or search again for alternative seats.
How will I know where the seats are located?
You will be able to check the online seating plans to locate your seats. Should you feel a hard Excel copy of theatre seating plans would be more suitable, please request a copy from our admin team by emailing admin@uktickets.co.uk.
Can I request tickets that are not in stock online at the time of booking?
Yes, tickets can be requested by calling our trade team and booked subject to availability.
How will I receive tickets booked via your specialist trade team in instances where tickets can not be booked online?
Tickets can either be posted or arranged for collection at the box office. Alternatively, we can provide you with a ticket voucher book when you open an account, ready to use in these instances to provide a ticket to your customer.
What is a ticket voucher book?
A ticket voucher book is a book of a 100 blank tickets which are manually completed with the show date and seat details. Subject to confirmation of booking, these vouchers are then accepted at the venues as tickets.
Is the online trade site secure?
Yes, once your application has been successful, you will be provided with your own unique username and password to log in to the trade web site.
Is there a helpline I can call should I need support?
Yes, please call 0871 789 2010. The specialist trade desk is manned from 8 a.m. until 8 p.m. Monday to Saturday and from 10 a.m. until 3 p.m. on Sundays.
Are there any set up fees?
No, there are no costs involved.
How do I qualify for commission?
Commission, if applicable, will be agreed at the time of your application depending on the volume of tickets you book.
