Phantom of the Opera

I booked two tickets on last Saturday 18th July for Monday 27th July Phantom of the Opera show. Although I was told that the tickets would arrive on 20th at the latest, the tickets have not arrived and it is Thursday 23th already. I am beginning to worry that I have been conned. Hi, I can certainly help you. Can you either provide me with your booking reference or call our team and provide your booking reference. That way we can track your booking and if there has been a problem with delivery we can arrange for the tickets to be waiting at theatre for you instead.
