Collect the tickets

Hi, I'm from Portugal and I, if you don't send the tickets abroad, I have to collect them at "Her Majesty's Theatre" on the show day. When I'm making the payment you ask some information, including my address. Since I have to collect the tickets at the Theatre, do I need to inform something while I am buying the ticket online? Or does everyone collect the ticket there? Thank you.

Hi, once booked you don't need to do anything. The tickets will be left at the box office at Her Majesty's theatre and can be collected one hour before the show starts. Please take some ID along with you, such as the card you paid with.
