What are the best seats for Phantom of the Opera please??? Do they have boxes at the theatre as is for a special birthday or are the boxes not the best seats?

The best seats for Phantom of the Opera would be the Stalls or Royal Circle. Boxes are on the side and restricted view in some cases.

I here that the stalls from row G forward are the best otherwise you end up under the balcony seating and have less of a view of the chandelier
