There are many popular shows right now, it depends on what you're into I guess. eg: We will rock you - fantastic music but didn't rate the show at all or the acting - I work with 30 or more ppl who vary in ages from 20-50 and all loved it. I love the Jersey boys. Superb music, talented cast, great story. Blood Brothers, Willie Russell. Great story of nature vs nurture, good cast. Priscilla, funny, rude, dancing in the aisles, great dancers, pleasant story, happy.
