Ticket delivery/collection?
Hi there,
Have just bought tickets to see Hair today (06/08/10) for a showing on weds eve next week (11/08/10), on the confirmation email it stated that my tickets would be sent in the post but it also says please allow up to 7 working days for delivery, which would obviously be too late in my case. There wasn't an option when purchasing the tickets to collect them from the box office, please could someone let me know whether I will receive the tickets in time or whether I'll need to pick them up from the box office?

Hello there, With regards to your tickets - the email is a generic email that goes out to each customer that purchases tickets online. Although it says please allow 7 working days for delivery, your tickets are printed here in our office and are posted the same day if you order before 5pm. In your case, they may not be posted till tomorrow evening, but they do go out via 1st class Royal Mail. What I would advise is, leave it until the morning of the performance and if you still have not received your tickets by this point, you can call us and we can then arrange collection of your tickets via the Box Office.
