how to get tickets

hi, we're living abroad and are coming to london to see the lion king. if i've understood right, uktickets is not sending tickets abroad? could someone please explain how exactly are we going to get our tickets? what documents must we bring with us, where we have to ask for them and when? etc. we're never been to theatre in london and are a bit unsure just how the whole thing works...

Please contact our call centre on Tel: 0871 789 10 55. We can arrange the care of box office collection and make sure arrange a fax authorisation so that you can collect your tickets on the day of the show from one hour before show up until the time of the show. Thank you
