There is transfer seating for wheelchair users available in the Dress Circle which is accessible at foyer level, and actual spaces for wheelchair users unable to transfer into theatre seating in the stage side boxes. There are three steps down to these but staff are more than happy to help customer negotiate these.

Wondered if there were lifts. We were thinking of stalls as probably less stairs, my Mum also walks with stick.

The stalls are in fact below ground so your best bet is the Dress Circle as you enter at foyer level. There are some steps once you get to the Circle itself, but it saves the mammoth climb down into the the stalls. If you give our team a call, someone will be more than happy to advise you further.
