Is there a dress code at the theatres? Are flip flops acceptable?

Many people like to dress up for the theatre although it isn't necessary, unless you are attending some kind of special performance. Some older theatre's don't have air conditioning or a great dal of leg room so it is always important to be comfortable. Flip flops should be fine but if you're still worried, come back to us.
