Unlike most London ticket agents, our top West End shows are not compiled by sales alone but by real recommendations from you, our customers. When you book a show through UK Tickets, you will find an email from us in your inbox inviting you to let us know, in your honest opinion, what you thought of the show. We welcome all feedback, good or bad, as we believe it helps our customers to know before they go.
You may see a number of comments about our shows have been submitted by a certain ‘SB User’. In the very early stages of UK Tickets, our customer comments and recommendations came from anonymous customers who had booked theatre breaks via the inventory of our sister company, Superbreak. This new stage of UK Tickets enables customers to create their own profile in which to read and submit comments and recommendations, to ask and answer questions and to keep a track of all their bookings with us. This way, our customers may be able to find advice from like minded theatre-goers as well as from our enthusiastic and knowledgeable team, and will find UK Tickets to be a fast and simple guide to your visit to the West End.
