have confirmation from UK Tickets
Hello, I have never received my tickets for Blood Brothers 3PM show February 1st. all I have is the email from UK tickets stating that I have a current order. How do I pick up my tickets for the show?

Hi There. Normally, if you take along your confirmation and ID, you should be able to collect the tickets at the theatre box office in the hour before the show. As you didn't leave your name or booking ref above, the quickest way to double-check would be to call the Customer Team via the booking hotline. You can also email customerservices@encoretickets.co.uk or myself at webeditor@encoretickets.co.uk and I will pass on as urgent. Kind Regards, Ben - Web Editor

I accidentally deleted my confirmation. If I come with my bill that it was charge to my credit card, can I still retrieve tickets for today's show at 3PM?
