Seating allocation
Hi!
I've just booked a pair of tickets here under the category "top price special offer" but was not assigned any seat numbers.
May I know when will I know the seat numbers?
Also, how do I collect the tickets? The website stated that the tickets have been mailed to me via UK mainland first class post, but I am staying in Asia.

With special offer tickets, you will be allocated the best seats available at the time of your booking, so you will know your seat numbers on receipt of your tickets. If you booked using an address outside of the UK, your tickets will be ready for collection at the theatre an hour before the performance. If you used a UK address, this is where your tickets have been posted to. Hope that helps.
