my third visit and my favourite show of all time! an epic story, fantastic cast,go see it.

my second time,can`t recommend enough,just get a ticket and go! a great show.

You jhave to see it more than once, second time and began to see more of the plot than the first time. Great music and will see it again.

Fantastic evening

very good production and cast. I think visitor needs to know a bit of story plot /as French history/ to understand the whole story. I expected a bit more from Polly singing I dreamed a dream /world famous song/ which was in this case missing the "wow" effect. But all in all, very good musical, great performances and definitely a must see musical when in London !!!

Les Miserables is a stunning show, with an amazing cast. Although Alfie Boe and his understudy were both absent from the show I saw, the 2nd understudy was incredible and the whole audience were on their feet at the end of the show.

Intense musical with great songs and moving storyline...highly recommended...a classic not to be missed!

Les Miserables is AMAZING! This work of art really plays with ALL of your emotions. One minute you're happy, the next your a little angry, the next minute you're laughing out loud and the next minute you're extremely sad. The ending has to be the best ending of all the shows I've seen. This show is my favourite show I've seen so far. It's an emotional rollor coaster that get you queing up for another ride.

Great West End Show, the boy who played Gavroche was fabulous.

What can I say about this wonderful show that has not already been said ?! I have seen Les Mis countless times in different Theatres - The Queens production remains the best ! The story is gripping - you may think that a play about The French Revolution may be boring or hard to follow...wrong...almost from the outset you are gripped by the tragedy of it all - by far my favourite show of all time that I never tire of seeing...again...and again !

I first saw this musical back in 1997 in London and after 10+ years, I have to say it was still my favourite, though I did not feel as impactful as the first time. I liked the cast back then better.

We went to see Les Miserables on 9th December 2010 because a friend of ours was performing. It was an absolutely amazing show that you can easily watch over and over again. No surprise that it has lasted 25 years

Les Miserables is a must-see show. It is utterly mesmerising and, the artists are all outstanding and the music will live with you forever. I would recommend everyone to go and see it.

Have seen this show twice now. It is stunning. My daughter (17) and I are huge fans and we took my mum to share the experience. She loved it too. The music, songs and voices are so moving - I cry every time!
2nd time was from the centre of the upper circle but we were a little disappointed as we had a somewhat restricted view.

I went to see this show to accompany my daughter who wanted to see Nick Jonas. I wasn't really looking forward to it but boy, was I surprised. It is, without doubt, the best show I have ever seen.

This is a brilliant exciting colourful show with great music. An evening guaranteed to enjoy for all ages and tastes.

Totally love it! we had a good view from the Stalls, and we can see the actors and actress' facial expression very clearly. It was music throughout. Lemis is trully remarkable and definitley not to be missed!

Les Mis is a must-see! Magnificant set, score and costumes and most notably, fantastic cast in this beautiful and moving story. Tickets were excellently priced from uktickets and would definitely by tickets from here again.

The story line tends to follow the conventional theatre plot. I feel that there might be too much scenes on the revolution movement.

Outstanding!

A wonderful show that never disappoints with beautiful, powerful music. I took our four children, ages 4-14, and they survived the three hour evening event. Very talented performers made the musical come alive and my younger ones enjoyed the "action" sequences.

Simply oustanding

A wonderful rendition of a much loved classic. Never have I seen so many talented performers in one single show. A definite must watch!

This is a fantastic show , slightly long at 3 hours but a classic west end production. Great cast with wonderful voices and very clever sets all lead to a stimulating and uplifting night out. It is still going strong after 25 years so it proves that the format is right. This is one show to add to your must see list.

Les Miserables is a fantastic show, one of my favourite musicals! The music and songs are powerful and I even took my partner who wasn't initially sold on the musical, but by the end of it he was singing all the songs and agrees it is a remarkable show.

Nick Jonas does not have the vocal capabilities to successfully portray the role of Marius.

Although seen show before, first time seen it in London. Standing ovation at end thoroughly deserved. Superb singers and wonderful set.

Amazing show however it was a shame that UKTickets gave me the wrong box office to pick my tickets up from.. and then the tickets were still not available straight away from the second box office we were sent too. Besides this the show was wonderful

The music in Les Miserables is just so powerful. The singing is beautiful as are the songs. This is the third time i've seen the show now, so thats my recommendation!

we sat in the dress circle which was a superb view, every bit as good as the stalls it's the sort of show thats brillient from anywhere as the music and singing is as good as it gets rivaling phantom of the opera.

I've been a few times now. It really is a must see! Spectacular, moving, light hearted yet tragic.. a great show!

seen it now about 6 times gets better each time

Having been on the West End for over 25 years I entered the theatre with much anticipation to see what all the fuss was about. Once the curtain went up I felt goose bumps covering my arms as the score began. The vocals of every single member in the cast were outstanding and so well polished; it brought a tear to my eye on several occasions. A true asset to the West End, Here’s to another 25 years!

It is certainly clear to see why this is London’s longest running musical. If you want to experience real theatre then this is the show for you. With an excellent cast and powerful story line, Les Mis brings tragedy, love, power, hatred and revenge together, combined with breathtaking music and sensational acting.
The story of Jean Valjean’s road to redemption is moving and heroic. Eponine, played by Nancy Sullivan will capture your heart, with her portrayal of the heroine experiencing passion and unrequited love. She had by far, the most powerful and soul rendering voice imaginable, which was totally fitted to her role.
Fantastic creations of early 19th century costumes, along with an incredible backdrop, set within the French revolution also combine to bring together all the characteristics of one of the worlds most loved and favourite musicals.

had seen the video of les mis so knew the story but all i can say is bring plenty of tissues with you! we sat in the dress circle row D14-17 without doubt some of the best seats. singing was outstanding

I really enjoyed this show. At the beginning I didn’t understand certain moments but I guess reading storyline will help. The scenery was amazing and constantly changing. The singing was really powerful and cast had so much passion in their solos and when together. I’ve wanted to see this show for a while and pleased I have now, will defiantly recommend it to others. Some very funny scenes too which I found myself laughing out loud especially in the bar scene.

A great show, with a vibrant cast and the big songs (not just the one that SuBo did). However the show is top-heavy – the 1st half is incredible but the 2nd half (whilst also very good) drags on a bit...
Tips: Arrive in plenty of time, buy a programme and get a feel for what’s about to unfold. The fast-paced scenes and complex storyline can be a little hard to follow at the end of a long day. If you want to save on the £3.50, find a synopsis online beforehand.

A great show with FANTASTIC music!

Well, it does everything it says on the packaging.....and more. I can see why Les Mis remains one of the hottest tickets in the West End. The sheer spectacle of the music was so very well interpreted by the cast and musicians. We were sitting in the stalls 4 rows in, and from this position you really felt like being part of the story. My backside was totally numb after the end, not because the chair was uncomfortable, but purely because I was so engaged in this show I hardly moved a muscle the whole 3 hours.

West End theatre IS Les Miserables - I dare you to tell me it isn't fab!

This was truly a great experience. The set was incredible, and some of the performances brought a tear to my eye as the score is so overwhelming in places. Highly recommended.

A timeless clasic, with an excellent cast

I enjoyed it, but felt it lost its way mid way through. I would have loved to have read Victor Hugo's book which probably went into more detail,but some scenes were fantastic. What didnt help was I felt I must have sat in the most uncomfortable seat in the theatre, definately not good for a 3 hour production. Worth a look though.

Excellent music and sets but lacking in passion in places and the actor who played Marius was dreadful. Overall - very good but not the best production of Les Mis that i have seen.

Excellent acting adds to teh great numbers and tbe perforamance.

Fabulous show

This is the second time we have seen this show and the music still brings a tingle to the spine. We sat in the stalls, Row E, which was a great position to watch.

I have now seen Les Mis on more than 10 occasions - each time it seems to get better and better. The Queens Theatre is the perfect location as the show benefits from being in a more intimate atmosphere.

Excellent! The standard of singing was exceptional and made the hairs on my neck stand on end. Some very talented youngsters involved too.

As ever the show was simply second to none.. I could not fault it in any way.

We don't go to many top class shows but we thought this was worhtwhile going to.

The energy was explosive. I had to remind myself the cast were singing live the standard was so high. The stage design was exceptional flowing from one scene to the next without taking a breath. The lead and scoundrel were both played to perfection. Moments of sadness met with silence from the audience and moments of comedy met with laughter so strong were the potrayals and skill of all involved.

It was a great show, but a bit dreary. I think it would have helped if I knew some of the story before hand. The singing was fabulous. My husband wasn`t impressed, he wasn`t keen on all of the dialogue being sung, however I have always wanted to see it. Now I have I`m glad I did. Next time I`m going to something a bit cheerier!

Fantastic, I want to see it again

Was pleasently surprised how good the musical was and how familiar some songs were. Would recommend anyone to see it but not when england are in the semi final of the rugby world cup as kept an eye on text alerts throughout the show !

Really wonderful, a show you can see time and time again, and still find something new and such enjoyable music.

Les Miserables was fantastic. We both found it very moving. We particularly enjoyed the story and music, and the fantastic staging. The lighting effects were dazzling, and the action around the stage was very fast

Have seen this show three times now and would go again. The music is so varied - great story - the whole cast were terrific.

Polished performance. It opened in 1985 so they've had plenty of time to practise!

Enjoyed it but felt it was half an hour too long - was emotionally exhausted when it finished!

What can one say about this show - it`s been running for 21 years so has proved itself to be a winner. Everyone knows the basic story of Valjean the escaped convict who with the help of a Bishop turned a new leaf, helped Fantine & her daughter Cosette, the unrest in Paris & the manning of the barricades. The production was excellent and the staging was inspired, especially at the barricades. There is really only one memorable song but that does not detract from the story, singing or acting.

Having already seen this show I was prepared to be a little disappointed the second time. However, it was just as beautiful and inspiring as the first time I saw it. Powerful voices, beautiful music, great story. A must go see! The only critiscm was that the theatre was very hot but that did not spoil the enjoyment of this fabulous show.

great show and good seats

A very professional production with excellent stage and scenery craft.The storyline is quite complex but very moving in parts. It has prompted me to read the book.Like many older theatres, if you're taller you may find the seating a little cramped and it's quite a long production.

what a wonderful experience - superb performances throughout-a perfect evening

As a family with two nine year old boys we all had the most lovely afternoon in the theatre. Booster seats for the children were a bonus as they could see properly. Fantastic Show!
