When are my tickets arriving?
Hi. I've booked and paid for tickets for Mamma Mia on 25th Oct 2011 and i want to know when my tickets are arriving

Hi Andy. Tickets are usually posted first class, so if you have just booked I would expect them to arrive in the next day or two. If you have any concerns you can call our booking hotline or email CustomerServices@EncoreTickets.co.uk with your booking reference and somebody should be able to confirm. Ben - Web Editor.

Ben, Hi. It being Tuesday 11th Oct 2011 i was hoping that Customer services may have contacted me with regard to my tickets question, i also sent them a message myself. Unfortunately they haven't. I am starting to get concerned about this as they are a special surprise. Any further help you could give would be greatly appreciated. Thanks Andy
