It depends where in the balcony you will be sitting and how old or tall your children are. Generally, children under the age of around seven or eight will not be able to see from the two upper levels. However, you may be okay if you sit about midway back, as central as you can get. Children tend to have a tough time trying to see from the front three or four rows as people tend to lean forward. If you have small children, you're best off in the dress circle.
