About Rain Man
Adapted from the 1988 smash hit film, Rain Man is the story of Charlie Babbit, whose estranged father dies and leaves his estate to an unknown party. Charlie makes it his mission to find out who the mystery beneficiary is and to get himself a share, and on the way learns valuable lessons about love, tolerance and patience.
The Oscar winning screenplay has been refreshed for the stage by writer Dan Gordon and director David Grindley, and Rain Man sees Josh Hartnett, star of hit Hollywood movies Pearl Harbour, Sin City and The Black Dahlia, make his stage debut after eleven years on screen.
