I thought it was all a bit bizzarre believe it or not. There was a two headed calf, conjoined piglets, pieces of art made of cow dung and a weird, but wonderful hollagram of the Mr Ripley himself opening a box and spinning a globe. Very intriguing.

Ripley’s is a weird and wonderful exhibition. Its right in the middle of Piccadilly so really easy to get to, we just got the underground to Piccadilly station and it was right there. It took us 3 ½ hours to get round, some of the exhibitions were a little silly but some where amazing, where else can you see and touch a price of the Berlin wall? We spent hours trying to open ‘the gate that will not open’ and got tricked by some of the exhibitions  I had my picture taken with no legs and pretended to be a borrower. We got lost in the mirror maze, which is a little unnerving at first but very clever and was nearly sick in the spinning tunnel, it is amazing how a few lights can play tricks on the mind. Well worth the money and I would go again.

It was certainly a unique day out in London! I liked the fact that you can discover it at your own rate, with no guide rushing you along. The use of levels in the building was a nice touch, as well. It was a slight shame that some of the items on display were only replicas (for instance, an albino alligator); it didn't really boggle the mind so much to see some white plastic! On the whole, though, I had a good time. Is it worth £20? Maybe in London...
