After numerous attempts in a number of styles under many different names, the soul-influenced Simply Red came to be in 1985 with their debut single ‘Money’s Too Tight to Mention’. With hits like ‘Holding Back the Years’ and ‘Something Got Me Started’, they conquered the world during the 1980’s and 1990’s with their soulful bluesy pop and vivacious live performances.
Simply Red have to date released eleven studio albums and numerous hit singles which have found success all around the world. After a quarter of a century of providing their unique, soul inspired pop, Simply Red have announced that this will be their last tour as an active band so this really is your last chance to see and hear them do what they do best, live.
Simpy Red will play London’s O2 arena on 3 December 2008, and our sister company Superbreak have some fantastic breaks on offer. Click here to book or for more information.
