The 39 Steps reviews from critics, the press and previous bookers.

We say...

The 39 Steps is one of the few comedy plays currently in the West End that is "guaranteed to make audiences laugh out loud." The play is written by John Buchans and was famously filmed by Alfred Hitchcock in 1935. This hilarious new adaption for the stage is performed by four actors playing a minimum of 150 roles. The play gives audiences some light hearted relief from the stresses of modern life, leaving them feeling good when leaving the theatre. After all that's what theatre is all about?

Nothing has been cut from this spectacular premiere of Britain's most spellbinding thriller, the legendary scenes include the chase of the Flying Scotsman, the escape on the Forth Bridge, the first theatrical bi-plane crash ever stared and the death defying finale in the London Palladium!
