When booking stalls seats please make sure that you don’t book front row seats as they felt a bit restricted and right up against the pit. I have found the best seating to be about half way back in the stalls.

Phantom of the opera is simply amazing. If your passionate about opera, its definitely a must see. The set is outstanding and is a good used of the space available. The chandelier truly helps set the image. The atmosphere throughout this production is unbeatable!

great performance. Watched it the 2nd time and still enjoy every moment. The seats we got in row S are good, only restricted view by the pillar and the ceiling that some scenes up in the air could not be visible.

I'm a normal average guy. I'm a 34 year old factory worker who grew up on a rough council estate. Opera would not normally even be an option to me. My partner convinced me to give Phantom a go. WOW!!!!! I loved it so much I booked to see the sequel Love never Dies when I got home. Phantom of the Opera is a true work of art. Andrew Lloyd Webber is the true Shakespear of our time.....

Fantastic masterpiece! No matter if you are into musicals or not, this one is MUST SEE. art direction, music, story... they all work together beautifully. We fly regularly to London from Slovakia just to watch the show and it´s SO worth it!!!

Third time Ive seen the Phantom, and it gets better and more enthralling. My boys aged 8 and 10 years went this time and they loved it. (They have been to see Love Never Dies twice too, and loved that too!) Worth every minute!

The show was fantastic the only downside was our seats. I would not recommend booking in the grand circle as it felt too far away from the action and I felt like we were constantly looking down on the show.

i would reccomend paying the extra for good seats as felt slightly detatched at times from the show, and it didnt help that we were surrounded by foriegners who wouldnt stop talking or giggling!! the show itself had some great effects and the singing was amazing.

This is one of my favorite musicals in the west end, and this site made it affordable for me to see it twice!

Since I was a child, it was my dream to see Phantom of the Opera on stage. It was A-MAZING!!! Far far better than the movies even in the visual effects aspect. It was once in a life time experience and I can't recommend enough. My seats were in stalls Row M in the mddle section. The place was quite nice except the head of the tall lady in front of me but it was close enough to see the details but far enough to see the whole stage.

We booked tickets in the gods and were so looking forward to this show. We stupidly thought that we would still have a good experience, totally wrong. If you want to go and see phantom and do not want to experience the backstage performance, book in the stalls or circle.

The costumes were absolutely fabulous….particularly in the Masquerade ball!!! I also liked the boat that the phantom took Christine away on. This show is suitable for anyone who loves Opera, Ballet and ‘love ballads’, as this one had them all!!!
I'd definitely reccommend you sit in the Stalls or Royal Circle towards the front as there is quite an over-hang restriction for seats at the back! Believe me, it's worth the money!!

Booked day before event.
'My Tickets' on website advised tickets had been sent by post !! - had to call to check ticket collection would be at box office.
Dinner at Hampshire Restaurant - food good, no frills, venue fair - booked for 18.00 , I changed to 17.30 (recommend).
Seats - rear stalls, P24/25, too far back, (overhang of Royal Circle above obstructed some view) - not in top price category.
Show - some good moments - but also some screaming rabble at times not helped by pa/theatre accoustics.
Overall - booking and support good but would not trust best available again, dinner ok, show generally disappointing but enjoyed the day.

This show will never age, always a pleasure to see and very emotional throughout. The set on stage is tremendous

We loved the dramatic nature of this show. I was the sort of experience you can only get at the theatre and why it is worth going. We took 3 teenage kids who loved every minute of it. It was very loud which would not suit everyone.

It's a show of surprises, great lighting and set design. The music is fantastic, really powerful. It doesn't matter where your seats are as the music is so good. I took my sister from NZ. It was the only show she's ever wanted to see & it more than delivered on her expectations.

This was the first time that I had seen Phantom Of the Opera. I loved it. I had bought this as a Christmas present for my best friend who had seen it once before and had spoken about it many times as being one of her favourites. I would say to anyone to go watch it.

I was so enthralled with the show, when it finished I did had realised how much time had passed.

If you get balcony seats, make sure they are front row..we had 2nd row seats and the view was quite restricted..which was a bit disappointing. Amazing show, with wonderful costumes and fabulous singing, a "must do" show, but take some tissues!!

excellent show, the ultimate west end experience

The actors and actresses at Her Majesty's Theatre are really into the show, and the backstage effects were magical, as if you are watching a huge TV screen rather than a drama, but they are REAL! You can feel the heat of the fire, and the horrifying 'accidents' as if you are in the act yourself!

The Phantom was amazing, and the singing was delightful. The show was let down this time however by a non-dancing Christine - she didn't even walk like a dancer, or point her toes! It did make me cringe on a few occasions!

This is the third time I have seen Phantom and haven't ever been disapointed, except the chandelier didn't crash to the stage as it usually does,a bit of a let down.

Loved every minute of it

The seats we had were at the end of the row, but for the first half there was no one sitting in front of us, so we had a great view. In the second half, people had moved to sit in front of us, so the view was a bit obscured. However, the show was amazing and would love to see it again.

Everything about this production grabbed me, the music, signing, sets and costumes. Every member of the cast gave it their all and not one of the cast let the rest down.

Get the best seats you can as it’s worth the money. Stalls area is small so wherever you sit you would have a good view. Royal Circle also would be a good view!

Mainly situated to avid theatre-goers, It is a definite must-see, but it could be the only time you see it as I don’t think it would pull me back to watch it again. Also would suit romantic couples looking for something more special than a wine bar or Hugh Grant soppy movie.
Luckily I had really good seats, but I would suggest anyone going to see the production select the best seats available as some parts of the show are really dark and maybe difficult to see certain things from areas within the theatre.

This show is just stunning; a real must see for anyone interested in musical theatre. The fact that it has been going for so long is testament to its appeal... the music is fantastic and the story just takes you in. The classic score is performed brilliantly too. Well worth a look.

Great, classic show. The male lead playing the Phantom was wonderful, and the female lead playing Christine Daae was a wonderful singer, but her acting at times slacked. Possibly the most impressive element of the musical was the sets.

A timeless story with a beautiful score. Lead performances are stunning and stage direction and design is impressive. I went a theatre-virgin and returned understanding why so many adore it. Just go!

This is an amazing show, i've seen it six times now!!!! The seats weren't great however as the view was quite restricted and the leg room was very limited.

Was a bit dubious as I could only get budget seats but was very impressed - the view was fine as was the sound - an amazing show - not to be missed.

Fatasitic, thoroughly enjoyable. Shame I had blocked veiw of stage because a Japanese gentleman insisted on leaning foward , for half the performance, while two of his collegues found it so stimulating they slept most of the first half!! The lead parts were delightfully sung. Even with the lack of veiw we enjoyed it.

Excellent seats, good show

Apart from early versions of Joseph and Superstar, this was the first Lloyd-Webber musical I had seen and it was absolutely wonderful! Everything about it was top-notch - the cast, the music, the very clever set and the sumptuous costumes!! It had been a long time since I attended a West End theatre production (not since moving away from London in 1972!) and I had forgotten just how lavish they can be! It was a truly great night out, and I can now understand why so many people seem to revisit The Phantom time and time again.
