I thought the whole show was completely stunning, the different set changes were smooth & realisitc. I was amazed at the singing voice of one actress who played the Mother Abbess. The theatre was beautiful inside & the staff were helpful too.

It was Connie Fisher's second to last performance and she was the perfect Maria. The scenery (i.e. mountains) very creative and slick changes. Whole performance a delight.

Melody

It was the most magical time with the hairs on the back of our necks standing on end and the tears in our eyes with the beautiful singing.

newyorker

Fabulous - best show we have ever seen. Connie Fisher and the whole cast really made our evening and would definately recommend people go and see it.

katrina

Excellent show, drinks a bit expensive though

Phil

"Excellent cast, costumes were very good. All the children were very good, but I think the younger ones definately stole the show."

ladytracy

Just the best!

Georgina, York

Saw this show at the Palladium on 1st April and thoroughly enjoyed it. The scenery was superb and the cast fantastic. Summer Stratten in the role of Maria was very believable and brought such a lovely sense of fun to the role. Her voice was superb too as was that of the actress who played the Mother of the Abbey. Only character who was disappointing was the Captain. Thought he was a bit dull but everything else made up for it. The cast of children were superb.

afrodite, London

The show was excellent, all the cast were very good, and the music and scenery were really tip top.We would recommend it to everyone.

mark, Dartmouth

Absolutely fabulous, the children performed their parts magnificently.

Very enjoyable - main problem was the 6ft 5"" man sat in front blocking view of centre stage.

geoff, Ashford

Very good, wonderful singing.

linda_and_tom

Fantastic show. Brigitta was outstaning. The children made me cry! Costumes were good.

Julie

This show is well done in terms of scenery and singing but lacks emotion.

Radu

Not to be missed, best show in town.

chris, Leeds

The show was not as good as my wife and I expected. The singers were good however I thought the show was quite boring.

Unlike most London ticket agents, our top West End shows are not compiled by sales alone but by real recommendations from you, our customers. When you book a show through UK Tickets, you will find an email from us in your inbox inviting you to let us know, in your honest opinion, what you thought of the show. We welcome all feedback, good or bad, as we believe it helps our customers to know before they go.

You may see a number of comments about our shows have been submitted by a certain ‘SB User’. In the very early stages of UK Tickets, our customer comments and recommendations came from anonymous customers who had booked theatre breaks via the inventory of our sister company, Superbreak. This new stage of UK Tickets enables customers to create their own profile in which to read and submit comments and recommendations, to ask and answer questions and to keep a track of all their bookings with us. This way, our customers may be able to find advice from like minded theatre-goers as well as from our enthusiastic and knowledgeable team, and will find UK Tickets to be a fast and simple guide to your visit to the West End.
