if my tickets dont come and i have to pick them up from the box office do i still get the same seats which was confirmed in my booking

Yes, you get exactly the same seats that you have booked. If your tickets do not arrive in time please give us a call on 0871 789 10 55 and we can issue a duplicate set of tickets at the Box Office for you.
