Best Available seats are litrally the best seats at that price for that performance. Tickets will be sent out to you with and the seat number that you have been allocated.

Best avaiable are the best seats at that price at the time of booking. They are usually top or second price seats and are always together. I'm sure if it is not possible to seat you together then someone will be in touch to let you know and offer you an alternative
