Great show, well acted and worth the money!

The Wizard of Oz was an amazing show. It was excellently executed and drew the whole audience in. I found myself singing and clapping along with the cast. Easily a better day out than a standard cinema visit. Will definitely be taking my nieces soon to watch it. Theyll be amazed.

A thoroughly enjoyable experience

This show is a classic and has great tunes. The general cast singing was so good at one point I could have been listening to a top choir. As well as this they use tricks to make you gasp and jump such as aerial ropes above the audience, snow, lights, flames. I saw this show when it included the national treasure that is Michael Crawford however even without his big name you will still have the cute dog!

Booked this last minute as was unsure whether to take children or not. Daughter being 9 I was not sure whether she would sit through two and half hours of show. Well, how wrong could I be! The show was amazing. The set was fantastic and both my 9 and 12 year olds loved the show. During the interval they could not wait to get back in to carry on watching it. We sat in the Royal Circle, pretty central and the seats were good. My 9 year old had to keep moving her head from left to right to see the show because of the persons head in front and in the Royal Circle you are not allowed booster seats due to health and safety but she never complained at all. More to the front of the Royal Circle would have been better but that depends on how tall your children are. If you have smaller children the the front row may not be good. I would definitely see this show again and now my children cannot wait for me to book more shows. I would definitely book with UK Tickets again as it was easy to use their online booking and the tickets were there ready at the Box Office to collect. Completely hassle free. Highly recommend the show and UK Tickets !

A fantastic night out. The actors are amazing especially Micheal Crawford.
Toto was a real dog which surprised me. Hats off to its trainer as he was just as good on stage as the actors. An understudy played Dorothy when I went and she was awesome.

I thought it was a good show with lots of good special effects, however at times I felt it seemed quite panto! Great for kids, if you are going because you want a west end musical however I would probably suggest seeing something else!

I was very excited to see the show. The set was vibrant and the orchastra was amazing!

Lively entertainment from beginning to end

The Wizard of Oz is a delightful and thoroughly entertaining performance, in every respect, and highly recommend it.

im a big fan of the film,and this is very to the same plot.Great songs you know,and a few new ones.The cast was great,the dog great and the whole play great.I took my 11year old daughter and she loved it.There was a lot of children watching,and older people.The sets were amazing,so colourful.We sat in row D SEATS 8,9 in the royal circle.Great seats,but not good leg room.A really great show that really made me happy.

Great for family or girls night out. Danielle Hope was fantastic and the scenery was fantastic. Would be worth paying the extra for stalls as the witch and one of the monkeys are wired down above the stalls.

First the good points .... this show is SPECTACULAR !! The effects are marvelous and really made me feel like a child again ! There were points in the show when you think "WOW" ... All the cast were superb but special mention must go to The Wicked Witch who was outstanding in the role and I eagerly anticipated her every entry! Danielle was delightful, and the tin man was hilarious with really good timing...he got so many laughs ! The lion and strawman were also excellent . Michael Crawford was ok but I thought the part could easily be played by a lesser known performer without it affecting the quality of the show. Now........the bad points...if you want to see The Yellow Brick Road, The Ruby Slippers, The witches legs sticking out from under the house....then do not sit in front stalls!! We were in Row C and could not see any of the above which really did grate on my nerves ! I understand this is an issue right back to Row F so my advice would be see this show...it is the best family entertainment...but sit in rear stalls, circle or balcony. One other thing...this show is not really suitable for children under 7 in my opinion as it will not have enough at times to hold their attention.

Strong principals, great scenery and technical effects, especially the twister. I'm an ALW fan but not so sure about the additional ALW music here. The Witch's song/dance was fine but the rest seemed at odds (ie - too modern) with the original songs and background music. Would have preferred original Jitterbug to Prof. Marvel's song. Didn't like the ruby slippers ending!

Anyone who enjoyed the film will enjoy the stage production! Nothing is left out, the scenery is amazing, great effects, wonderful cast! A truly magical night out that puts some modern productions in shame.

The 'Wizard of Oz' is an old classic brought magically into the 21 century and is as fresh, vibrant and full of energy as it ever was. A genuine family show with fantastic scenery and slick changes and great special effects.

A MUST TO TAKE THE CHILDREN

You can tell they have put a lot of thought in to the production in all elements of the show. I particularly liked the way in which they attempt to greyscale the opening moment of the musical as done in the film which then transforms into a bright and colourful scene. My favourite character was the Wicked Witch and I would definitely go again just to see her. Also the dog is quite simply adorable.

The Wizard of Oz was my first musical, I really liked it, I was like a little girl in front of this stage with such beautiful and colourful scenery. The songs were well interpretated and the orchestra was amazing. Finally the little dog was very funny and so cute.

The Sets, original songs were great and some of the special effects were great.
It didn't quite hit the spot for me. Perhaps if it had been exactly like the film I would have walked away more fulfilled. The Family Show is definitely what the West End needs.

I've somehow made it through life without ever seeing the film/seeing a stage version of the story... and now I see what the fuss is all about!
Those ever-so-familiar songs are now even better in context...
Ding Dong The Wizard of Oz Rocks!

I really enjoy The Wizard of Oz and think its going to be hit show. Bearing in mind it was only its 4th preview I thought it was good. It kept along with the original film and a few comical moments added too. Would be great for the family, although would make sure the kids know the story as really little ones may find the witch and wizard a little scary at first. Great cast and Danielle's voice was a winner!
