Still Dancing Dirty

The stage phenomenon Dirty Dancing will celebrate its 3rd Birthday this month with an extension taking it into its 4th birthday.

Dirty Dancing opened at the Aldwych Theatre to rave reviews on the 19th October 2007, smashing all box office records by selling £11million advance tickets. The show has entertained over 1million people since it opened and continues to sell out. To celebrate Dirty Dancing’s birthday the show has been extended up until the 23rd October 2010. This gives an additional 250,000 seats available to book over the next year.

The Show


The show , based on the 1987 hit film starring Patrick Swayze, includes all the emotion, passion and songs from the film including, Do you love me?, Hungry Eyes & the Academy Award Winning The Time Of My Life. Performances from Royal Ballet star Martin Harvey as the iconic Jonny Castle and former Matthew Bourne dancer Hannah Vassallo as Baby.
