Blood Brothers Cast Change
| X-Factor contestant Niki Evans will return to the Phoenix Theatre this month to play Mrs. Johnstone in the West End classic, Blood Brothers. |

| Evans, who originally performed in the musical from November 2008 until October 2009, will take over from Spice Girl Melanie C, who finishes on the 24 April 2010. Mel has had a successful run in the show, being nominated for both a Whatsonstage Award and an Olivier Award. Evans is scheduled to appear until 21 August 2010. |
Willy Russell’s Blood Brothers made its West End debut in 1983, telling the unforgettable story of twins separated at birth, later to be reunited with tragic consequences. The show includes the songs “A Bright New Day”, “Marilyn Monroe” and the emotional “Tell Me It’s Not True”. | |
Other Cast
The role of Mrs. Johnstone has been played by a host of different well known actresses, including Barbara Dickson, Stephanie Lawrence, Clodagh Rodgers, Kiki Dee, Lyn Paul, Siobhan McCarthy, Katie Scott, and four of the Nolan sisters.
