 | The Fashion World Laid Bare Written by and starring Robyn Paterson, developed with Director Tony Abatemarco, this one-woman show comes to the Arts Theatre in London’s West End, fresh from its successful UK premiere at the Edinburgh Festival. Part fairy-tale, part memoir, part romance, this witty, cautionary, and at times moving tale tells the story of life working with design icons such as Karl Lagerfeld, Yves Saint Laurent, Charles Jourdan and photographer Helmut Newton. Amidst this whirlwind life of glamour, sex and drugs, Robyn discovers there is one thing to fear – age – there is always a younger, thinner, blonder model waiting to step into her shoes. |
