Into The Woods Cast Announcement
| Hannah Waddingham and Jenna Russell will go Into The Woods quite literally this summer when Into The Woods opens at the Open Air Theatre in Regents Park. |
Into The Woods
| The production of Sondheim’s 1987 fairytale-based musical takes the tales of the Brothers Grimm and gives them a sharp and humorous twist. When the Baker and his Wife (Russell) learn a witch (Waddingham) has cursed them to be childless they embark on a quest for the items needed to break the spell. With music and lyrics by Stephen Sondheim (‘West Side Story’ and ‘Sweeny Todd’) and a fantastic book by James Lapine, ‘Into the Woods’ is a dark fairytale. |
