Jersey Boys Performance For Children in Need

Hit West End musical Jersey Boys has announced that a special gala performance of the show will help to raise money for BBC Children in Need. Teaming up with BBC London 94.9FM, the award-winning production at the Prince Edward Theatre will be supporting the charity on Wednesday 17 November 2010, with money from ticket sales being donated towards helping the UK's disadvantaged children and young people. |

Oh What a Night - For Children in NeedBBC London 94.9FM presenters Gaby Roslin, Paul Ross, Venessa Feltz and Danny Baker will introduce the special gala performance. Both Gaby Roslin and Paul Ross are huge fans of the show and spoke about their hopes for a memorable night: Gaby said: "If you want to have the West End time of your life, and help raise money for a wonderful charity, then join us at one of my favourite ever musicals". Paul added: "I've seen this brassy and brilliant show three times now and I'm still hungry for more". Thanks to the support of the British public, the 2009 BBC Children in Need appeal raised an incredible £39 million. This exciting theatrical collaboration will look to add to that total in 2010! |
