By gaining access to and/or using the Site, you agree to comply with these terms and conditions and all applicable laws, rules and regulations. Restrictions on Use

The information and materials on the Site ('Information') are provided for the personal use of customers or potential customers of West End Theatre Bookings ('Customers' or 'you') to review information on events, promotions, hotel accommodation, restaurants and to buy tickets or packages. Customers are authorised to visit, view and keep copies of pages on the Site for their own personal use only.

When you book with us we will ask for your name, address, credit card details and telephone number and e-mail address. This allows us to fulfil your ticket request and track your order and contact you regarding your booking.

If you have joined our free e-mail service we only use this information to send you e-mails that may be of interest you. If you have booked with us we will notify you of other promotions and offers that may be of interest. You can unsubscribe from any communication from us at any time by following the unsubscribe link.

Disclaimers

The Information is provided on an 'as is' and 'as available' basis. All express or implied warranties of any kind (including warranties of merchantability, fitness for purpose and non-infringement of the intellectual property of a third party) are excluded to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law. West End Theatre Bookings gives no representation or assurance of uninterrupted or neither error free service nor that the Site will provide any specific search results. West End Theatre Bookings will regularly change the Information from time to time without notice but makes no commitment to keep the Information up-to-date nor is any warranty given by West End Theatre Bookings as to the currency, accuracy or completeness of the Information.

Security

While West End Theatre Bookings believes that the site is entirely secure, West End Theatre Bookings excludes to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law all liability for any loss, expenses or damages whatsoever (including, without limitation, damages for loss of profits, business interruption, loss of additional revenue or other consequential or economic losses) arising out of the use or inability to use the Site or the Information.

West End Bookings is not responsible for any acts or omissions of any Customers, other users of the Site, advertisers on the Site or other third parties connected with the Site nor for the events, services or products of any event organiser, venue, promoter, producer or other third party connected with any event or product sold on the Site.

The Site is controlled and operated by West End Bookings from its offices in England. West End Bookings does not represent or warrant that the Information is appropriate or available for use in other jurisdictions and access to the Information from jurisdictions where its contents are illegal is prohibited. You may only use this Site for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms and conditions.

Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with English law and any dispute or question in connection with them will be subject to the jurisdiction of the English Courts.

Terms & Conditions of ticket purchase

Please note that your ticket purchase is non-transferable and non-refundable.

Tickets are issued subject to the Rules and Regulations of the Venue. We regret tickets cannot be exchanged or refunded after purchase.

Please check your booking before placing the order and please check your tickets on receipt, as mistakes cannot always be rectified.

It is the responsibility of the ticket holder to ascertain the date and time of any rearranged event.

The venue management reserves the right to refuse admission and may on occasions have to conduct security searches to ensure the safety of the patrons.

Every effort to admit latecomers will be made at a suitable break in the event, but admission cannot always be guaranteed.

Unless notification of your order is received from West End Theatre Bookings no booking is confirmed.

Tickets are sold subject to the management's or producer's right to alter or vary the programme including but not limited to changes to the advertised programme or cast due to events or circumstances beyond its control without being obliged to refund monies or exchange tickets. West End Theatre Bookings cannot be held responsible for any errors or omissions on the websites.

If this ticket is re-sold or transferred for profit or commercial gain by anyone other than the Promoter, Venue Management, West End Theatre Bookings Ltd or one of their authorised sub-agents, it will become voidable and the holder may be refused entry to or ejected from the venue.

The Promoter, Venue Management and West End Theatre Bookings Ltd. accept no responsibility for any personal property.

Any complaints about the ticket holder’s ability to view the show should be made to the venue management promptly either before or during the performance.

The acceptance of this order is not a guarantee of availability. If we are unable to fulfil your request you will be notified at the earliest possible opportunity and an alternative may be offered.

West End Theatre Bookings will not be responsible for any delay in the delivery of tickets due to circumstances beyond its control. It is the responsibility of the ticket holder to contact West End Theatre Bookings in the event of non-delivery. West End Theatre Bookings will not be responsible for data communications failure or malfunction.

Some tickets carry a booking fee as determined by West End Theatre Bookings. By placing an order on this site you accept all booking fees charged.

West End Theatre Bookings’ agreement is to supply tickets, subject to availability. In the event of any errors, which are the direct result of actions of West End Theatre Bookings management or staff, we are only responsible for the refund of the cost of the ticket. Our agreement does not cover the cost of travel or accommodation. West End Theatre Bookings cannot take responsibility for travel difficulties such as strikes or inclement weather, or any other circumstances beyond our control.

Terms and conditions of TicketPlan Cancellation Protection

You are automatically offered cancellation protection when you make a purchase on UKTickets. If you do not require cancellation protection simply uncheck the appropriate box on the confirmation page and the cost will be deducted from your total amount payable.

The box office / ticket agent has arranged protection under a Master Policy, so that it can provide you with a refund for your tickets or packages, if you cannot attend the event due to the circumstances set out below:

Definitions

The following words or phrases have the meaning shown below wherever they appear in bold below:

Event – the legally organised, planned and ticketed event in its entirety, taking place within the United Kingdom.

Immediate Family – your spouse, partner, civil partner, parents or parents-in-law, sister or brother, your children or their spouse or partner or civil partner or children.

Package – hotel, restaurant and theatre package sold by a recognised and reputable ticket agent or box office where Ticketplan Protection cover has been purchased at the same time as purchasing the package(s).

Public Transport Network – the mode of public transport e.g. trains, buses, trams and any other type of transport licensed for public use but excluding public hire taxis, on which you had planned to travel to an event.

Ticket – a non-refundable, authorised ticket that was purchased from a recognised and reputable ticket agent or box office where Ticketplan Protection has been purchased at the same time as purchasing the ticket(s).

You / Your – means the ticket holder

We / us / our – the box office / ticket agent

You are covered if you are unable to attend the entire event because of:

Conditions

a) you must make all necessary arrangements to arrive at the event on time.

b) you must not be aware of any material fact, matter or circumstance, at the time Ticketplan Protection is purchased, which may give rise to a claim.

c) you must take all reasonable precautions to prevent or reduce any claim.

d) Unless we agree otherwise:

i) the language of the document and all communications relating to it will be English; and

ii) all aspects of the document, including negotiation and performance, are subject to English law and the decisions of English courts.

We will not pay:

a) for illness, symptoms of which normally accompany pregnancy (including multiple pregnancy) which are of a minor and/or temporary nature (such as morning sickness and fatigue) which do not represent a medical hazard to mother or baby, including a
combination of minor symptoms.

b) for illness or death of you or an immediate family member resulting from a medical condition that is awaiting or undergoing investigation, treatment or awaiting surgery or for previously diagnosed medical conditions where the regime of regular
controlling medication has been altered within the two months prior to the date of the booking and is the sole reason for non attendance of the event.

c) for tickets or packages where you can obtain a refund or part refund.

d) for any unused part or parts of the package, where you cannot return all tickets or vouchers forming part of the package.

e) if you cannot provide evidence of the unused tickets when making a claim.

f) for cancellation, abandonment, postponement, curtailment or relocation in whole or in part of the event.

g) if you decide not to attend the event other than for a reason covered by this insurance.

h) for disruption of the public transport network which is public knowledge prior to travelling to the event or where warning or notification has been given prior to you travelling to attend the event.

i) for any amounts that you can recover from any other insurance, guarantee, warranty or indemnity or any other source.

j) for travelling or associated expenses (unless travel costs are included as part of the total ticket or package cost), or any loss other than the purchase price, including booking fee, of the ticket or package.

k) due to your failure to allow sufficient time to travel to the event.

l) any claim resulting from the act of War, terrorism, invasion, hostilities (whether war is declared or not), civil war, rebellion, revolution or taking part in a riot or civil commotion.
m) any claim where you carry out an illegal act which prevents you from attending the event.

You must telephone the TicketPlan helpline on 0870 950 1119 within 24 hours of becoming aware of circumstances that may lead to a claim under our cover. You must apply for any available refund. You may be asked to provide at your own expense the following:
