Thriller Live, a live concert tribute to the works of Michael Jackson takes on the West End after two ecstatically received extensive UK tours. Thriller Live is produced by Flying Music, who have had such jukebox hits as the Motown musical Dancing in the Streets and a series of tributes to the Rat Pack. Thriller Live received ecstatic reviews all around the UK and on its star studded opening at the Lyric, attended by Tito and LaToya Jackson.
Not just a sing through of the titular album, which became the biggest selling album of all time only a year after its 1982 release, Thriller Live is a retrospective of Jackos entire recording career. Arguably more famous now for his turbulent and controversial private life than for his music, the show includes countless timeless classics such as I Want You Back, Beat It, Billie Jean and Earth Song, reminding us what made MJ such a star in the first place.
