Tutankhamun and the Golden Age of the Pharaohs

Tutankhamun

Sub-sections

The spectacular exhibition of the treasures of Tutankhamun and his ancestors first toured the world in the late 1970’s to rapturous acclaim. The current exhibition is even larger, containing over 130 artefacts, including fifty taken from the tomb of King Tut himself. Arranged in eleven different galleries, highlights of the Tutankhamun and the Age of the Pharaohs exhibition include a pectoral, a gold crown and one of three gold coffinettes that contained Tutankhamun’s mummified internal organs, which is the face of the exhibition’s imagery.

Admission into the exhibition is at half hourly intervals but once you are in, you may stay as long as you like within opening hours. Our tickets are not time specific so you may turn up at whatever time is easiest for you and you will be admitted at the soonest available time slot.

Tutankhamun and the Age of the Pharaohs is not going to be in London for long, as it is due to continue its world tour at the end of August, so take some time this summer to take advantage of this once in a lifetime opportunity.
